[Important announcements for Barclays Apt Test]
Dear all students who are going to do Barclays apt test (both intern & grad),
As all of you know that this year Barclays changed from CAPP system to SHL talent central, quite a lot of students struggled and failed at their personality test.
Through several feedbacks and our own testings, we found out that they prefer non-competitive style, meanings they have to be a great team-player, helpful, nice, want to take up extra work and assist others, enjoy ESG and CSR stuff, be analytical and MUST follow procedures and process (compliance requirements).
Plz keep these in mind when doing the personality test!
